1. We Are Not a Lender

Funded Financial Network LLC does not lend money, extend credit, or originate financing of any kind. We operate a marketplace platform that allows business owners to submit a single application that may be shared with one or more independent third-party funding sources ("funders") in our network. Any funding you ultimately receive comes directly from a funder — not from Funded Financial Network LLC — and is governed entirely by the agreement between you and that funder.

2. Funders Make Independent Decisions

Each funder in our network makes its own independent decision about whether to extend a funding offer, and on what terms. Funded Financial Network LLC does not control, guarantee, or influence these decisions. Funders evaluate applications using their own underwriting criteria, which may consider factors such as credit history, time in business, revenue, industry, and existing obligations. As a result:

• You may receive multiple offers, one offer, or no offer at all.
• Offers may differ significantly in amount, factor rate, fees, and repayment structure.
• Funded Financial Network LLC does not guarantee approval, a minimum offer amount, or specific terms.

3. Merchant Cash Advance Terms Overview (General Information)

Many funders in our network offer products structured as Merchant Cash Advances ("MCAs"). The following is a general, educational overview — actual terms vary by funder and by your specific offer:

• Not a loan: An MCA is a purchase of a portion of your future receivables, not a traditional loan, and is typically not subject to usury/interest rate laws in the same way a loan would be.
• Factor rate: Instead of an interest rate, MCAs typically use a fixed "factor rate" (e.g., 1.25–1.49) applied to the advance amount to determine the total repayment amount.
• Repayment structure: Repayment is usually collected via a fixed daily or weekly debit from your business bank account, or as a percentage of your daily card sales, until the full amount is repaid.
• Fees: Funders may charge origination fees, administrative fees, or other charges, which will be disclosed in your specific offer documents.
• No early payoff discount guarantee: Unless your funder explicitly states otherwise, the total repayment amount is generally fixed regardless of how quickly you repay it.

4. No Personal Guarantee Required by Funded Financial Network LLC

Any such requirement will be clearly stated in the offer and agreement provided directly by that funder, and is entirely at that funder's discretion — not Funded Financial Network LLC's.

5. Your Right to Review All Terms Before Accepting

You are never obligated to accept any funding offer presented to you. Before accepting any offer, you have the right — and we strongly encourage you — to:

• Carefully read the complete offer and agreement provided by the funder.
• Ask the funder to clarify the total repayment amount, fees, payment frequency, and any other terms you don't understand.
• Compare multiple offers if more than one is presented.
• Consult with a financial or legal advisor of your choosing before signing any agreement.

Submitting an application through Funded Financial Network LLC, or speaking with our team, does not obligate you to accept any offer.
